Welcome to HostRomeo! These Terms of Service outline the rules and regulations for the use of HostRomeo's Web Hosting Services, located at hostromeo.com. By accessing this website and utilizing our services, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full.

1. Account Creation and Security

To access certain features of our services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password, and you accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree not to use HostRomeo's services for any unlawful activities or in a way that violates our trade ethics. Prohibited behaviors include, but are not limited to:

• Hosting or transmitting malware, spyware, virus payloads, or malicious scripts.
• Phishing websites, email spamming, or fraudulent content.
• Violating intellectual property rights, hosting copyrighted materials without authorization.
• Overutilizing or abusing shared server CPU, memory, or bandwidth resources.

3. Billing, Payments, and Renewals

HostRomeo offers billing in advance for all hosting plans. We accept standard payment methods including credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, JCB, Maestro) and PayPal.

All payments are due on the invoice date. If an invoice remains unpaid, HostRomeo reserves the right to temporarily suspend services after a reasonable grace period. Services will be terminated if invoices remain unpaid past the suspension deadline.

4. Service Uptime Guarantee

HostRomeo provides a 99.9% network uptime SLA guarantee. In the event of unanticipated downtime extending beyond our standard SLA framework (excluding scheduled maintenance and third-party upstream issues), clients may be eligible for credit in accordance with our billing guidelines.

5. Limitation of Liability and Backups

While HostRomeo performs regular server backups as a part of standard disaster recovery processes, you acknowledge that backups are provided as a convenience only. You are solely responsible for maintaining local backups of your databases, files, and email configurations.

HostRomeo shall not be held liable for any loss of data, service interruption, or indirect losses arising out of the use of our hosting systems.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or dispute arising out of these Terms shall be filed exclusively in the competent courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
