If you are not completely satisfied with our services, you can request a full refund within the first 30 days of your purchase. This guarantee is designed to give you peace of mind while checking our server reliability.

The 30-day refund window starts from the exact signup date of the service. Requests received past the 30-day deadline will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Eligible Services

The refund policy applies to the following standard hosting services:

  • Cloud Shared Hosting plans.
  • WordPress Hosting plans.
  • Cloud Reseller Hosting plans.

3. Non-Refundable Items and Services

Due to third-party registrar terms and licensing costs, the following items are strictly non-refundable:

  • New Domain registrations and registrar transfer fees.
  • SSL Certificates.
  • One-time administrative configuration or setup fees.
  • Dedicated server rentals (due to provisioning resources).

4. How to Claim a Refund

To submit a refund request, please follow these steps:
